Susi Miller
Susi Miller is an industry leading expert on accessible learning design and the founder and director of eLaHub. The author of Designing Accessible Learning Content (Kogan Page, 2021), Susi has more than 30 years’ L&D experience in the public, private and not-for profit sector. She is a skilled instructional designer and online course developer and a passionate advocate for digital accessibility. Her accessible learning content has been shortlisted for the Learning Technologies Awards.
Sally Page
Sally is the Director of Operations at eLaHub. Her background in IT business analytics and IT management make her a fantastic technical support for training and online events and she is absolutely key to the smooth running of eLaHub. Sally is a passionate advocate of eLearning accessibility and first became interested while she was developing and delivering training events for Age Concern Hampshire.
Kirsty Wolf
Kirsty is eLaHub’s screen reader expert. She has over 20 years working with JAWS – in training, business and private contexts and 10 years working with VoiceOver. Kirsty’s background as an online teacher and her participation in private, higher education, and in-house employer-led training make her an invaluable asset to eLaHub testing both the accessibility and usability of learning content.
Rachel Webb
Rachel is a skilled L&D practitioner with many years experience delivering face to face and online training events. She first became interested in accessibility when she delivered workshops as part of a ‘Silver Surfer’ initiative which helped older people learn new digital skills. Rachel is eLaHub’s online training course producer and specialises in supporting delegates and remaining admirably calm when dealing with any technical difficulties.

Jayne Davids
Jayne is our principle support trainer. She has over 20 years’ experience in Training and Development including face to face video tutorials, eLearning and the virtual classroom and brings a professionalism and passion for eLearning accessibility to her training courses which are second to none. Jayne is a Camtasia specialist and a recommended training provider for TechSmith and has been a member of the Board of Directors for the eLearning Network since 2019.
Esi Hardy
Esi Hardy provides our disability inclusion support. She is the Managing Director and owner of Celebrating Disability which enables the equality and inclusion of Disabled People. Esi harnesses a combination of personal experience of disability and professional experience of the public and private sector to support organisations ensuring that disability awareness translates into disability inclusion.
All Able
All Able provide support us with specialised public sector and education expertise. They are also specialists in accessibility statements and disproportionate burden. We work together to ensure that our accessibility statements fully meet legal requirements eg for the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations.
Dig Inclusion
Dig Inclusion are our technical partners. We work together to deliver specialised services such as advanced accessibility coding, comprehensive assistive technology testing and PDF accessibility etc. We share a passion with Dig to “make accessibility accessible” and love the work they are doing with HUGR, their free accessibility testing tool.
Thomas Miller
Thomas Miller are our creative partners and are committed to accessible design. They created our brand identity and helped us design our website. Thomas Miller also support us in making sure that our eLearning resources meet the highest design standards.
