Susi is an internationally recognised speaker, author and accessibility specialist with more than 35 years of experience in learning and development. She is the author of Designing Accessible Learning Content, a practical guide widely recognised across the L&D and accessibility communities, and the creator of eLaHub’s award-winning DALC Programme.
Her expertise is also informed by lived experience of neurodivergence following her dyslexia diagnosis. As a keynote and international speaker, Susi is known for making complex accessibility requirements understandable, relevant and practical for learning professionals.
